1. General Provisions
1.1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game application (“Application”, “Service”) and related services provided by LUMO SPACE YAZILIM ANONIM SIRKETI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1.2. Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified within the Application or sent via email. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.3. Age Restriction
The Application is designed for users aged 13 and above. Children under 13 may not use the Application without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Users under 18 must have their parent or guardian accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Use of Services
2.1. License
The Company grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. This license is granted solely for your use of the Application in accordance with these Terms.
2.2. Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
- Disrupt, disable, overload, or damage the Application or its servers
- Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other automated tools
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts
- Use the Application for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Share spam, misleading, or harmful content within the Application
- Infringe intellectual property rights
2.3. Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and not share your account information with third parties. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Account and User Content
3.1. Account Creation
You may need to create an account to use the Application. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited.
3.2. Account Cancellation
You may close your account at any time. When an account is closed, data associated with your account may be deleted or anonymized.
3.3. User Content
Content you share within the Application (e.g., username, profile information) is your responsibility. The Company reserves the right to monitor user content but is not obligated to do so.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Company Content
The Application and all its content (texts, graphics, logos, images, software, sounds, music) are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4.2. Usage Permission
These Terms grant you permission to use the Application but do not transfer ownership or rights to the content.
5. In-App Purchases
5.1. Purchases
The Application may offer in-app purchases (“IAP”). All purchases are made through Apple App Store or other platform payment systems.
5.2. Pricing
Prices are determined by the platform provider and may change. Price changes may be notified in advance.
5.3. Refund Policy
In-app purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to the platform provider’s (Apple App Store) policies. The Company complies with the platform provider’s refund policies.
5.4. Virtual Currency
In-app virtual currency (gems, coins, etc.) may be purchased with real money but cannot be converted to real money or transferred to other users.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. Service “As Is”
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6.2. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
6.3. Third-Party Services
The Application may connect to third-party services (Firebase, Google, Apple, etc.). The Company is not responsible for the availability or content of these services.
7. Termination
7.1. Right to Terminate
The Company may terminate or suspend your license to use the Application at any time, for any reason or no reason.
7.2. After Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Application ends, and data associated with your account may be deleted.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
